​Hugh Richards has been involved in school governance for over 25 years. He is a past Chair of Governors of the School and has chaired the governing bodies of three other schools. He is currently Chair of a Multi Academy Trust comprising 15 schools. He is the Chair of the Chaddesley Corbett Educational Foundation which owns the land and buildings of the School. He lives in the village and his children were pupils at the School.
By profession he is a barrister specialising in Town and Country Planning and Environmental Law.
