Gill Griffiths has an education background, with almost thirty years teaching experience in a variety of schools mainly in Birmingham; she has been a Headteacher of two schools and spent the last eleven years before her retirement as Head of an outstanding Infant school. Since retiring Gill has continued to be involved with schools, making use of her skills and experience in a voluntary capacity, and also serves as a governor at schools in Birmingham and Redditch. Her two grandchildren attended Chaddesley where they had an excellent start to their school careers and both are now doing well at secondary school. Gill has been Chair of Governors at Chaddesley since September 2021. In her spare time she enjoys reading, yoga and walking in the wonderful local area.
