Emma has been at Chaddesley Corbett Endowed Primary School for five years now having previously been Deputy Headteacher at St Andrew's First School in Evesham and having several leadership roles prior to that in a large Birmingham Primary School and Redditch Middle School. She has served on three Governing Bodies, one as a Parent Governor in Warwickshire.
